What if The whole world united, decided hat material wealth was not an accurate measurement of human worth, went back to a bartering system and decided that hugs were the only thing worth exchanging on holidays?
A very nice thought, Anonymous, but frankly Christmas would suck. Hugs should be a daily occurrence. Showering me with many, many gifts is a special event reserved for December.
The world would be better if there were more hugs. Maybe we could go back to making presents as on Little House instead of online commerce. Though, Hershey, special concessions would be made for you. Seriously, your whole-hearted holiday spirit is one of a kind and an inspiration to us Grinches.
