Camille Grammer implied to Howard Stern that Kelsey Grammer is a cross-dresser. It's hard to believe any scorned ex but I did see Frasier for a decade. Not a stretch that Kelsey would wear a bustier in private. And why shouldn't he? Former Governor Giuliani dressed in drag as much as he could and made sure the cameras caught it.
