May we have a Wall Street ticker tape parade for Sue Simmons? Is there anyone more heroic?
Maybe she'll do something even better. That's what I'm hoping. From what I've read--it could be the WNBC machine--she was ready to go. But should that be a factor when her city needs her? I say no.
That said, maybe they should hire me to co-anchor. I can guarantee some delightful on-air flubs.
